Rachel Barkow is the Charles Seligson Professor of Law at NYU School of Law, faculty director of the Zimroth Center on the Administration of Criminal Law, and one of the country’s leading scholars on clemency and criminal justice policy. Her latest book is "Justice Abandoned" (2025).
