Dr. Erin Frey is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Yale School of Management, where she studies failure, recovery, and second chances across organizations and industries.

At the White Collar Conference she presented early findings from her Professional and Personal Restoration study, conducted with the White Collar Support Group.
